The surgeon performs surgery on an individual in order to reconstruct their face.

Allows Individual a Name Change
Eye/Limb Transplants
Requires limb/eye gained and preserved. (Save a scroll with specific information on who the limb/eye belonged too and how it was preserved. Saved RPs in scroll is ideal but not required.)
C or below - 16% Success Rate (Dice Roll)
C+ to B+ - 50% Success Rate (Dice Roll)
A- or higher - 100% Success Rate
